Professional Stress-Fix™ Body Massage (60 min)

A tension-relieving massage with Swedish and deep tissue techniques to reduce muscular tension and increase circulation in high-stress areas of the body (shoulders, neck, face, upper back, and forearms) along with a specific foot reflexology treatment.

A soothing therapeutic treatment using custom Aveda essential oils. This massage incorporates a variety of traditional Swedish techniques including long strokes and kneading, which help to increase circulation, improve muscle tone, and soothe tired muscles.

Thai Massage 

A clothing-on massage that incorporates stretching and acupressure techniques. It feels like doing yoga without any effort because the therapist will guide your body into various positions. This may not be the best choice for first-time spa-goers, as the therapist literally uses his or her whole body, including their feet, to move your body into various positions during the session.
