My hair was done downstairs in the spa, the flowers were done by Kelly’s Flowers, and the food was done by their in-house caterers. They did all of the setup and cleanup, and rearranging the hall between events was done in record time. I would definitely recommend this venue. If I had hired each of the individual vendors myself I never could have managed to keep the cost of my event so low. The value is unparalleled, with the added bonus of low stress! FAQs

When do I meet with my venue coordinator?

If you’re interested in booking our venue space for your wedding, our venue coordinator will meet with you to tour the facility, answer any questions, and discuss details before signing the wedding agreement.

Your final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days before your wedding.

Do you offer a tasting?

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to meet with our Chef for a private tasting at a mutually convenient time. During this session, you can also discuss wine pairings and alcohol selections.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals; however, please note that our kitchen is not nut-free. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. We encourage guests with severe allergies to take personal precautions for their health and safety.

Is The Locks Perth licensed?

Yes, The Locks is fully licensed by the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Do you provide room blocks for wedding guests?

Yes! We offer room blocks for wedding guests, subject to availability.

Is parking available?

Yes! Parking is available for overnight guests. There is also a public parking lot across the street that is free on weekends for wedding guests who are not staying overnight.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venue and hotel are fully accessible, with elevators to all levels. Please note that the patio has a small ledge and is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Can we customize the menu?

Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you and our Chef to create a customized menu that reflects your vision. Please note that special requests may result in additional costs.
